What is a Net Promoter Score (NPS)?
NPS measures how likely residents are to recommend living in Maplecrest to a friend or family member (0–10 scale).
Promoters (score 9–10) are enthusiastic advocates. Passives (7–8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic. Detractors (0–6) are unlikely to recommend and may spread negative sentiment.
NPS = % Promoters − % Detractors, and ranges from −100 to +100. A score above 0 is generally positive; above 30 is considered strong.
